Take 5 Oil Change

I went and I was skipped. There was a gentleman who took my mileage on my name and I was in the middle row, and that was a truck right to my right. A few minutes later, a white truck came to my left. I pulled up to where they changed the oil and just was waiting and waiting and then maybe 10 minutes later I spoke to the manager and he said that the white truck was there before me which is not true he was telling everybody all the employees in front of everybody that the white truck was there before me very very unprofessional. Long story short, the other two guys were nice. They offered me $15 for the next time which I declined. The assistant guy Zach was really nice, but the manager was not nice. This was Friday 8.28. Somebody needs to talk to the manager, so he knows customer service and how to treat people

Received excellent customer service from Cam! It was busy and hot but Cam was so friendly and kind. He let me know my wipers were dry rotted and explained the benefits of the ones he had. He also coached me on how to reset my oil monitor on my dash. I hope I get him next time as well.

Reasonable Price for an oil change! The team is very positive and efficient while the work is being done on your vehicle. antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid, tire pressure, power steering fluid was all checked during the inspection. The team is very thorough! While you wait they offer you a bottle of water if you need it while you wait.

My wife went there two weeks ago with a jeep wrangler. They said they didn’t have a filter for her jeep wrangler. Really the 3rd most popular vehicle in Polk County?? Told her to go to Pep Boys. No problem. I went in there last week to get my oil changed in my vehicle. I specifically asked if they had my filter. I knew there was an issue when their system said I take 0-30 full synthetic. I said no 5-30 check the sticker under the hood and they said I’m right and their system is wrong. They confirmed they had 1 of my oil filter in stock. They drained my oil and went to change the oil filter was different and they didn’t have it in stock. They said to go to an auto parts store and buy one and they would install it at no charge and wrote it on the receipt. Told them I would and would be back next Sunday to have it put in. Arrived today and was told they didn’t have 5-30 full synthetic in stock.Really?? Went to Walmart and bought some. Came back and they drained my one week old oil and disposed of it. Took my oil and filter and charged me $57 for an owner provided oil filter and oil change. They didn’t even fill it all the way up with my own oil and was a quart short. I argued with t

I went yesterday to get an oil change on the used car I just bought a couple months ago. The two men on staff were very helpful and friendly, they were honest about the best options for my daily use, mileage, and budget. He checked my engine air filter and it looked as if it has never been changed on my 2008 car 😂 he also checked my air cab filter and it was literally disintegrating. He changed both and reset my sensor for all three. They filled my tires cleaned my windshield and were friendly about talking through pricing and getting the best deal since I was tight on money. You can even go get a free couple of quarts if you’re before your miles on the sticker if you get low
